We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Sri Lanka. If you are located outside our delivery area, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and delivery of your order.
Return and Exchange Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as software licenses and personalized items, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that the refund amount will be minus the original delivery fee, which is non-refundable.
